Our story

Done-for-you outbound for recruitment agencies

Your client pipeline stops the week you get busy.

We find the companies hiring before the ad goes up and we keep reaching them while you’re heads down on a placement. Built for founder-led recruitment agencies.

  • Public pricing
  • You own the system
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime

What we actually send you

Anyone can see a posted job.

By the time a role is advertised you’re the tenth call they get that week.

The job boardYou are call 10

So we work the layer underneath

01

Someone senior walks out

And nothing gets advertised, because that search is confidential and it has to be.

02

A firm files for a sponsor licence

Which nobody does unless the local search already failed.

03

A company wins a contract

It now has to staff by a date in writing.

Those are the three we’ll put on a website. There are more, and we keep those to ourselves.

That’s where the mandate is, and none of it shows up on a job board.

Someone who gets a message about something that actually happened in their business last week will answer you. Someone on a bought list won’t, whatever you write.

Why this works

You already know how to win clients.

That’s never been the problem. The problem is that new business is the first thing to drop when you have three live roles and a candidate going cold.

Strong agencies ring fence a fifth of the week for it precisely because otherwise it doesn’t happen.

The week you planned New business, one day
The week three roles go live New business, none

We’re the part that keeps running when your week disappears.

Why we built this

Referrals are not a growth plan.

About two in three agencies name referrals as their top source of new clients. Only about six percent name outbound.

ReferralsOutbound

Source: SparkToro, State of Digital Agencies 2025

We learned both halves of that the hard way. Sravan rewrote his cold outreach six different ways and all six failed at exactly the same rate, which is when it became obvious the writing was never the problem. Chris spent six years in sales watching agencies fill a pipeline, end the contract, and walk out with everything the client paid to build.

So we built the opposite. Outbound run with care, on infrastructure thats yours from day one.

01What you get

You take the calls. We run the rest.

Four jobs we take off your plate, end to end.

Choose the right buyers

We agree your ideal company, buyer, market, and the rules a call has to meet.

Build the sending setup

Separate sending domains and mailboxes, authentication, and a slow warm-up.

Write and run the campaigns

Build and verify the list, write the copy, launch carefully, and improve it on what gets answered.

Qualify and schedule calls

Handle the replies, qualify interest against the agreed rules, and put calls on your calendar.

A lead list is not a sales call.

Anyone can pull a list. The work is turning it into conversations.

02How it works

Three phases, run for you.

Week 1

Agree the plan

Target buyer, qualification rules, offer and campaign copy, all signed off with you.

Weeks 1–3

Build and warm up

Set up and warm the sending domains and mailboxes, build and verify the first list, get the copy approved.

Week 4

Launch and report

Sending starts, we watch the replies and report weekly. When calls land depends on your market, list and offer, so we don’t promise a count.

03Who it’s for

Built for agencies that still run on referrals.

Founder-led desks

The pipeline moves when you move. The week you’re placing, nothing new comes in.

Teams with nobody on new business

Every consultant is billing. Nobody owns the top of the funnel.

Established agencies outgrowing referrals

Referrals built the business. They stopped scaling it.

Specialist desks

You place the roles most agencies can’t fill. Finding who needs them was always the hard part.

The agency you can fire, and won’t want to.

We win by being fireable. Not by locking you in.

04Why choose us

Same job. Different rules.

On paper the offer looks the same. What you actually get, and keep, is not.

Typical outbound agency Scalixs
Who owns it The agency (get it in writing) You, from day one
If you leave You lose the domains, inboxes and data You keep it all, we hand it over
Lock-in Fixed-term contract Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Reporting A dashboard you take on trust The real numbers, weekly
You talk to An account manager The two founders

What it means for you: the same job the pricey agencies do, except you own the machine, you can leave any time, and you deal with the founders, not an account manager. Fire us whenever you like and you keep the whole system.

05Why trust us

Proof, done honestly.

We’re new, and we won’t fake a wall of logos. Here’s what we’ll stand on instead.

Built on real scars

Sravan rewrote the same outreach six ways and watched all six fail identically. Chris spent six years inside agency sales. We build the setup we wish we’d had.

See the work first

Tell us who you sell to and within 48 hours we send 15 companies in your market showing a buying signal right now, who to email, and the first line we’d write. Free, no call needed.

Founding-client spots

We’re taking on just 2 founding clients. Come in as one and we’ll publish your results once they’re real. Ask on the call.

Built and run by the two founders. You talk to us, not an account manager.

06Pricing

Public, fixed, no games.

A year of this costs about one placement. Everything after the first one is yours.

07Is this for you

Honestly, it’s not for everyone.

A quick gut-check before you book. Here’s who this works for, and who it doesn’t.

✓This is for you if

  • You sell to other businesses
  • Your offer already works and you can say it in a line
  • One new client is worth enough to fund outbound
  • Someone on your side can take the sales calls
  • You want growth that doesn’t hang on referrals
  • You’ve got room for new clients right now

✕This isn’t for you if

  • You sell to consumers, not businesses
  • The offer isn’t proven or isn’t clear yet
  • Each client is too small to pay for the work
  • No one is free to take the calls
  • You need wins this week and can’t wait out the warm-up
  • You’re already fully booked

08Questions

Answers before the call.

You probably do, and that’s exactly why we don’t send you posted jobs. By the time a role is advertised you’re the tenth call they get that week. We work the layer underneath, where someone senior has walked out and nothing has been advertised because that search has to stay quiet. You can’t find those on a job board and neither can the agency competing with you for the mandate.
You could. You already know how to win clients and that was never the problem. The problem is that new business is the first thing to drop when you have three live roles and a candidate going cold. Strong agencies ring fence a fifth of the week for it precisely because otherwise it doesn’t happen. We’re the part that keeps running when your week disappears.
A bought list tells you a company exists. We only contact companies where something changed recently that created the need. Someone who gets a message about a thing that actually happened in their business last week will answer you. Someone on a bought list won’t, whatever you write. That difference is the whole business.
Five to ten minutes a week. We run the email side end to end. For the handful of companies where a personal message lands better, we send you one batch with the lines already written and you press send from your own account. That’s your whole involvement.
A call with the right person at a company that fits the criteria we set together before launch, who actually shows up. We agree the rules up front, the kind of firm, the decision-maker, and what real interest looks like, so there’s nothing to argue about later.
You’re not charged. The $250 only applies when a qualified call actually attends. No-shows and cancellations cost you nothing, and we keep working the pipeline.
It starts when sending goes live, around week four, not during the setup month. It covers everything we run for you: the sending domains and mailboxes, the sequencer and data tools, the list, the copy, reply handling and your weekly report. One flat fee, nothing billed to your card.
Nothing sends in month one, the domains are warming. First sends go out around week four. What happens after that depends on your market, offer and list, and we won’t put a number on it before we’ve seen your data.
A clear picture of who you sell to, the criteria a call has to meet, a calendar link, and a short call each week for copy and feedback. No cards, no tool logins. We run all of that.
No. We never send from it. Campaigns run on separate domains bought for the purpose, so your primary domain is never exposed. If a sending domain starts to degrade, we rotate it out and your main domain is unaffected.
The sending domains, mailboxes and all your campaign data are yours. If you leave, we transfer them to you, hand over the lists and replies, and remove our access. It’s month-to-month with no exit fees, so nothing traps you.
No. Anyone promising a call count before sending an email in your market is guessing. For reference, the 2026 industry median is around 3 booked meetings per 1,000 contacts. We guarantee the work we control, the setup, the sending volume and honest weekly numbers, never a figure we can’t stand behind.
B2B cold email is allowed in many markets when it’s run to that market’s rules, and we build each campaign to the market you’re selling into. Every send has a real sender, a genuine business address, an honest subject line and a working opt-out, business contacts only, every opt-out honoured. We localise the language, examples and timing per market, and where a market is stricter we adapt or tell you it’s not worth it.

A free 15-minute pipeline teardown.

Fifteen minutes on your pipeline. We talk through where your clients actually come from, show you a few companies in your market you’re not in front of, the campaign we’d run to reach them, and the economics of what it takes. You keep the plan either way.
